Preparation and delivery estimates
After payment review, an order is usually prepared in 1–2 business days. Transit is estimated at another 2–4 business days after dispatch. Neither range is guaranteed; weekends, holidays, weather, carrier interruptions, and destination limits may change the timing.
Charges and customer details
Free-shipping eligibility and any delivery charge are determined at checkout. A complete delivery address, email, and phone number must be supplied accurately. Corrections made after fulfillment begins can delay or prevent delivery.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking details are provided when the carrier makes them available, although scan events may appear late.
